Lawrence County Bulldogs (Louisa, KY) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host East Ridge Warriors (Lick Creek, KY), 78-51 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lawrence County upgrades its record to 20-4 on the season. The Bulldogs host Paintsville (Paintsville, KY) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 11-13. Paintsville lost 67-53 in their recent league bout against Magoffin County (Salyersville, KY)

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Shelby Valley Wildcats (Pikeville, KY) in a District 59 bout, on Tuesday, February 13. East Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 8-11 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 6-13 record after their 75-49 non-league loss to Pike County Central (Pikeville, KY).
