The Hinsdale Central Red Devils basketball team (Hinsdale, IL), was nudged 57-52 in Saturday's league battle with the host Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL)
The Lions now possess a 10-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Proviso West for a West Suburban - Silver battle on Tuesday, February 13. Lyons will battle a Panthers team coming off a 63-40 league loss to Hinsdale Central (Hinsdale, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 8-18.
The Red Devils (14-15) will now prepare for their battle against Glenbard West (Glen Ellyn, IL). The Hilltoppers come into the West Suburban - Silver battle with a 14-13 record. In their last battle, Glenbard West edged Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL), 54-51, in a league battle.
