The Kennedy Knights (Paterson, NJ) basketball nipped the host Wayne Hills Patriots (Wayne, NJ), 60-58 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Knights (14-8) will now prepare for their test against Passaic Valley (Little Falls, NJ). The Hornets go into the non-league test with a 12-10 record. In their last test, Passaic Valley got by Lakeland Regional (Wanaque, NJ), 52-48, in a league test.
The Patriots now own a 13-11 record. They play next when they host Eastside for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 13. Wayne Hills will encounter a Ghosts squad coming off a 51-40 league win over Clifton (Clifton, NJ). The Ghosts record now stands at 17-6.
