Wyoming High School Basketball - Sheridan can't hold off Laramie

February 10, 2024: Sheridan, WY 82801

The Laramie Plainsmen basketball team scored 83 points and held the host Sheridan Broncs to 81 in the Plainsmen non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Plainsmen now sport a 15-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East for a 4A Southeast contest on Thursday, February 15. Laramie will battle a Thunderbirds team coming off a 51-41 non-league loss to Thunder Basin (Gillette, WY). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 16-5.

The Broncs (13-5) will now prepare for their contest against Campbell County (Gillette, WY). The Camels enter the 4A Northeast contest with a 5-13 record. In their last contest, Campbell County was nudged by Central (Cheyenne, WY), 68-42, in a league contest.
