Minnesota High School Basketball - Shakopee can't hold off Minnetonka

The Minnetonka Skippers basketball team scored 81 points and restricted the visiting Shakopee Sabers to 79 in the Skippers league victory on Saturday.
The Skippers now sport a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Buffalo for a non-league contest on Monday, February 12. Minnetonka will battle a Bison team coming off a 73-70 league win over St. Michael-Albertville (Albertville, MN). The Bison record now stands at 11-9.
The Sabers (16-4) will now prepare for their contest against Rosemount (Rosemount, MN). The Irish come into the non-league contest with a 7-12 record. In their last contest, Rosemount edged Apple Valley (Apple Valley, MN), 65-56, in a league contest.
