In Saturday's league outing, the Colony Knights (Palmer, AK) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Soldotna Stars (Soldotna, AK), by a margin of 70-16.

The Knights (16-2) will now prepare for their outing against Palmer (Palmer, AK). The Moose go into the 4A Northern Lights outing with a 7-9 record. In their last outing, Palmer smashed Kodiak (Kodiak, AK), 59-22, in a league outing.

The Stars now own a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Bettye Davis East Anchorage for a non-league outing on Friday, February 16. Soldotna will encounter a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 56-22 non-league loss to Bartlett (Anchorage, AK). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 1-11.
