Eastern Warriors (Sardinia, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Miami Trace Panthers (Washington Courthouse, OH), 36-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Eastern upgrades its record to 8-14 on the season. The Warriors host West Union (West Union, OH) to play the Dragons in a non-league bout on Monday, February 12. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 5-15. West Union lost 56-31 in their recent league bout against North Adams (Seaman, OH)

Next up, the Panthers play the Gallia Academy Blue Devils (Gallipolis, OH) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 12. Miami Trace will attempt to upgrade on its 7-15 season record.
