The Gunnison Cowboys basketball team (Gunnison, CO), was toppled 54-42 in Saturday's league battle with the host Roaring Fork Rams (Carbondale, CO)

The Rams now possess a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Aspen for a 3A Western Slope battle on Tuesday, February 13. Roaring Fork will confront a Skiers team coming off a 56-17 league loss to Olathe (Olathe, CO). The Skiers record now stands at 1-14.

The Cowboys (5-12) will now prepare for their battle against Olathe (Olathe, CO). The Pirates come into the 3A Western Slope battle with a 11-6 record. In their last battle, Olathe beat Aspen (Aspen, CO), 56-17, in a league battle.
