Riverside Rebels (Basin, WY) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Meeteetse Longhorns (Meeteetse, WY), 49-39 in a league bout.

With the win, Riverside upgrades its record to 10-10 on the season. The Rebels travel to Ten Sleep (Ten Sleep, WY) to play the Pioneers in a 1A Northwest bout on Friday, February 16. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 0-8.

Next up, the Longhorns play the Dubois Rams (Dubois, WY) in a 1A Northwest bout, on Friday, February 16. Meeteetse will attempt to upgrade on its 4-14 season record.
