The Kennedy Cougars (New Orleans, LA) baseball trounced the host Booker T. Washington Lions (New Orleans, LA), 19-6 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Cougars now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Warren Easton for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 12. Kennedy will clash with a Fighting Eagles team coming off a 12-0 non-league loss to East Jefferson (Metairie, LA). The Fighting Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
