The Montgomery County Indians basketball team scored 84 points and limited the visiting Bourbon County Colonels to 76 in the Indians league triumph on Monday.

The Indians now possess a 14-9 record. They play next when they host Covington Catholic for a non-league game on Thursday, February 13. Montgomery County will play a Colonels team coming off a 47-43 non-league win over Newport (Newport, KY). The Colonels record now stands at 18-6.

With the loss, Bourbon County falls to 8-12 on the campaign. The Colonels host Menifee County (Frenchburg, KY) to play the Wildcats in a non-league game on Wednesday, February 12. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 4-18. Menifee County lost 91-50 in their recent league game against Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY)
