In Monday's league test, the Cabell Midland Knights (Ona, WV) basketball squad got by the visiting Capital Cougars (Charleston, WV), by a score of 65-61.
Next, the Knights encounter the St. Albans Red Dragons (St. Albans, WV) in a Mountain State test, on Thursday, February 13. Cabell Midland will attempt to improve on its 9-8 season record. The Red Dragons come into the test with a 9-7 record after their 65-35 non-league win over Sissonville (Charleston, WV).
The Cougars (4-10) will now prepare for their test against Spring Valley (Huntington, WV). The Timberwolves come into the Mountain State test with a 15-1 record. In their last test, Spring Valley held off Parkersburg (Parkersburg, WV), 80-70, in a league test.
