In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Camden Central Lions basketball team scored a close 59-58 triumph over the McKenzie Rebels.
The Lions (16-9) will now prepare for their contest against Houston County (Erin, TN). The Fighting Irish go into the non-league contest with a 13-11 record. In their last contest, Houston County nipped Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central (Bruceton, TN), 61-41, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Rebels battle the Milan Bulldogs (Milan, TN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 11. McKenzie will attempt to better on its 11-13 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 5-18 record after their 54-50 league win over Ripley (Ripley, TN).
