The Clopton Hawks basketball team scored 84 points and limited the host Wellsville-Middletown Tigers to 36 in the Hawks league triumph on Monday.

The Hawks now possess a 14-6 record. They play next when they travel to Southern Boone for a non-league game on Wednesday, February 12.

With the loss, Wellsville-Middletown falls to 6-15 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Van-Far (Vandalia, MO) to confront the Indians in a Eastern Missouri game on Tuesday, February 11. The Indians go into the game with a record of 15-8. Van-Far won 91-36 in their recent league game against Mark Twain (Center, MO)
