    Fernley Vaqueros (Fernley, NV) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Hug Hawks (Reno, NV), 70-55 in a non-league match.

    With the victory, Fernley upgrades its record to 19-6 on the year. The Vaqueros travel to Elko (Elko, NV) to face the Indians in a non-league match on Friday, February 14. The Indians enter the match with a record of 11-12. Elko won 55-47 in their recent non-league match against South Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe, CA)

    The Hawks now sport a 12-14 record.
