The Hancock County Indians (Sneedville, TN) basketball edged the host Union County Patriots (Maynardville, TN), 55-50 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Indians now possess a 10-13 record. They play next when they host Unaka for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 11. Hancock County will play a Rangers team coming off a 82-60 non-league win over Happy Valley (Elizabethton, TN). The Rangers record now stands at 12-8.
With the loss, Union County falls to 9-8 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Claiborne (New Tazewell, TN) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 2-16. Claiborne lost 69-44 in their recent league bout against Grainger (Rutledge, TN)
