Tennessee High School Basketball - Marion County nips Howard Tech

In Monday's non-league contest, the host Marion County Warriors basketball team scored a close 62-58 triumph over the Howard Tech Hustlin' Tigers.
The Warriors (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Bledsoe County (Pikeville, TN). The Warriors go into the 2A District 4 contest with a 10-8 record.
In their next game, the Hustlin' Tigers battle the Ooltewah Owls (Ooltewah, TN) in a 4A District 6 contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Howard Tech will attempt to better on its 3-20 season record. The Owls go into the contest with a 4-19 record after their 48-28 non-league loss to Chattanooga Central (Harrison, TN).
