The Marion Local Flyers basketball team scored 67 points and limited the visiting Spencerville Bearcats to 54 in the Flyers non-league triumph on Monday.

The Flyers now have a 19-1 record. They play next when they travel to Minster for a Midwest game on Friday, February 14. Marion Local will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 81-36 non-league win over Ansonia (Ansonia, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-7.

With the loss, Spencerville falls to 18-2 on the campaign. The Bearcats host Calvary Christian (Bellefontaine, OH) to confront the Spartans in a non-league game on Friday, February 14. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 4-12. Calvary Christian lost 45-40 in their recent non-league game against Urbana (Urbana, OH)
