West Virginia High School Basketball - Midland Trail falls to Summit Christian Academy

The Midland Trail Patriots basketball squad (Hico, WV), was outscored 67-58 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Summit Christian Academy Falcons (Princeton, WV)

With the victory, Summit Christian Academy advances its record to 22-3 on the year. The Falcons travel to Tug Valley (Williamson, WV) to meet the Panthers in a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 11. The Panthers enter the battle with a record of 15-2. Tug Valley won 65-37 in their recent non-league battle against Belfry (Belfry, KY)

The Patriots now own a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host James Monroe for a Coalfield AA battle on Tuesday, February 11. Midland Trail will meet a Mavericks squad coming off a 73-33 non-league win over Greenbrier West (Charmco, WV). The Mavericks record now stands at 14-2.
