In Monday's non-league test, the Pella Dutch (Pella, IA) basketball squad knocked off the visiting North Polk Comets (Alleman, IA), by a score of 63-48.
Next, the Dutch encounter the Indianola Indians (Indianola, IA) in a Little Hawkeye test, on Tuesday, February 11. Pella will attempt to improve on its 14-5 season record. The Indians come into the test with a 4-12 record after their 64-55 league loss to Dallas Center-Grimes (Dallas Center, IA).
The Comets (8-11) will now prepare for their test against Carroll (Carroll, IA). The Tigers come into the Raccoon River test with a 8-10 record. In their last test, Carroll beat Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA), 71-32, in a non-league test.
