The Sweetwater Red Devils basketball squad (National City, CA), was crushed 76-35 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Southwest SD Raiders (San Diego, CA)
With the victory, Southwest SD advances its record to 20-6 on the year. The Raiders host Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA) to meet the Matadors in a non-league battle on Wednesday, February 12. The Matadors enter the battle with a record of 11-12. Mount Miguel lost 57-40 in their recent league battle against Helix (La Mesa, CA)
The Red Devils now own a 14-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chula Vista for a Metro - Pacific battle on Tuesday, February 11. Sweetwater will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 68-41 league win over Hilltop (Chula Vista, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 19-6.
