Yreka Miners (Yreka, CA) supporters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting University Prep Panthers (Redding, CA), 63-45 in a league match.

With the victory, Yreka advances its record to 4-5 on the year.

The Panthers now own a 10-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central Valley for a match on Tuesday, February 11. University Prep will face a Falcons squad coming off a 43-30 league loss to West Valley (Cottonwood, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 1-15.
