The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Cochranton Cardinals (Cochranton, PA) and the visiting Saegertown Panthers (Saegertown, PA), observed Cochranton's basketball team overwhelm Saegertown by a margin of 55-27.

The Cardinals (15-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Youngsville (Youngsville, PA). The Eagles come into the District 10 Region 2 challenge with a 0-14 record. In their last challenge, Youngsville was trounced by Cambridge Springs (Cambridge Springs, PA), 56-17, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the Commodore Perry Panthers (Hadley, PA) in a District 10 Region 2 challenge, on Thursday, February 13. Saegertown will attempt to better on its 8-9 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 9-11 record after their 46-38 league win over Rocky Grove (Franklin, PA).
