The Elizabeth Bulldogs basketball team scored 34 points and limited the visiting Maywood Academy Nighthawks to 26 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Monday.

The Bulldogs now have a 3-11 record. They play next when they travel to Marquez for a Southern game on Thursday, February 13. Elizabeth will confront a Gladiators team coming off a 58-32 league win over Sotomayor (Los Angeles, CA). The Gladiators record now stands at 16-7.

With the loss, Maywood Academy falls to 8-10 on the campaign. The Nighthawks host Torres (Los Angeles, CA) to confront the Toros in a Southern game on Thursday, February 13. The Toros go into the game with a record of 8-11. Torres lost 58-18 in their recent league game against Maywood CES (Maywood, CA)
