With the victory, Genesee Valley upgrades its record to 10-7 on the year.

The Golden Eagles now sport a 3-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bolivar-Richburg for a non-league match on Wednesday, February 12. Friendship will face a Wolverines squad coming off a 42-26 non-league loss to Andover (Andover, NY). The Wolverines record now stands at 6-12.
