The Kewanee Boilermakers (Kewanee, IL) basketball crushed the visiting Mendota Trojans (Mendota, IL), 58-34 in Monday's league bout.
The Boilermakers now possess a 18-10 record. They play next when they host Orion for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 15. Kewanee will play a Chargers team coming off a 61-14 league loss to Riverdale (Port Byron, IL). The Chargers record now stands at 10-20.
With the loss, Mendota falls to 3-24 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Putnam County (Granville, IL) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 5-23. Putnam County lost 48-19 in their recent league bout against Henry-Senachwine (Henry, IL)
