The Lewis Academy Watchmen basketball squad (Newberg, OR), was crushed 69-38 in Monday's league battle with the host St. Paul Buckaroos (St. Paul, OR)
With the victory, St. Paul advances its record to 12-11 on the year. The Buckaroos travel to Willamette Valley Christian (Brooks, OR) to meet the Warriors in a 1A Casco battle on Wednesday, February 12. The Warriors enter the battle with a record of 2-17.
The Watchmen now own a 14-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crow/City First Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Friday, February 14. Lewis Academy will meet a squad coming off a 43-18 league loss to Mapleton (Mapleton, OR). The record now stands at 4-14.
