The Long Trail nipped the host Poultney Blue Devils basketball squad by a final score of 28-24 in Monday's non-league outing.
Next, the face the Mill River Minutemen (North Clarendon, VT) in a Marble Valley - D outing, on Thursday, February 13. Long Trail will attempt to upgrade on its 12-3 season record. The Minutemen enter the outing with a 3-12 record after their 43-7 league loss to Mt. St. Joseph Academy (Rutland, VT).
The Blue Devils (6-9) will now prepare for their outing against Sharon Academy (Sharon, VT). The Phoenix enter the Freelance outing with a 2-14 record. In their last outing, Sharon Academy was nipped by Rivendell Academy (Orford, NH), 37-27, in a non-league outing.
