Virginia High School Basketball - James Wood overwhelms Handley

The James Wood Colonels basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Handley Judges to 27 in the Colonels non-league triumph on Monday.
The Colonels now possess a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Millbrook for a non-league game on Wednesday, February 12. James Wood will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 34-33 non-league win over Sherando (Stephens City, VA). The Pioneers record now stands at 9-5.
With the loss, Handley falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Judges travel to Millbrook (Winchester, VA) to confront the Pioneers in a non-league game on Thursday, February 13. The Pioneers go into the game with a record of 9-5.
