The Staunton Storm basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Waynesboro Little Giants to 33 in the Storm non-league triumph on Monday.

The Storm now have a 19-1 record. They play next when they travel to James River for a non-league game on Thursday, February 13. Staunton will confront a Knights team coming off a 23-22 non-league win over Patrick County (Stuart, VA). The Knights record now stands at 8-14.

With the loss, Waynesboro falls to 10-6 on the campaign. The Little giants host Buffalo Gap (Swoope, VA) to confront the Bison in a non-league game on Friday, February 14. The Bison go into the game with a record of 12-4. Buffalo Gap won 35-22 in their recent non-league game against Wilson Memorial (Fishersville, VA)
