In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Floyd County Buffaloes basketball team scored a good 49-40 triumph over the Radford Bobcats.
The Buffaloes (10-6) will now prepare for their contest against Pulaski County (Dublin, VA). The Cougars go into the non-league contest with a 9-12 record. In their last contest, Pulaski County was toppled by Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA), 51-40, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bobcats confront the Carroll County Cavaliers (Hillsville, VA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 20. Radford will attempt to better on its 5-15 season record.
