The North Central Texas Academy Pioneers (Granbury, TX) soccer nipped the host Varsity Opponent (, ), 2-1 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Pioneers now hold a 16-4 record. They play next when they travel to Westlake Academy for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 11.
With the loss, Varsity Opponent moves to 13-46 on the year. The travel to Port Isabel (Port Isabel, TX) to encounter the Tarpons in a 4A Region 4 District 32 challenge on Monday, February 10.
