Florida High School Baseball - Hernando wallops Central

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Hernando Leopards (Brooksville, FL) and the visiting Central Bears (Brooksville, FL), saw Hernando's baseball team gain a win over Central by a tally of 13-1.

The Leopards (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Citrus (Inverness, FL). The Hurricanes enter the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Citrus was overwhelmed by Forest (Ocala, FL), 8-6, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Bears face the Lecanto Panthers (Lecanto, FL) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, February 12. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 11-3 non-league loss to Nature Coast Tech (Brooksville, FL).
