Michigan High School Basketball - Oscoda can't hold off Mio-Au Sable

The Mio-Au Sable Thunderbolts basketball team scored 35 points and held the visiting Oscoda Owls to 32 in the Thunderbolts league triumph on Friday.
The Thunderbolts now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tawas Area for a non-league contest on Monday, February 14. Mio-Au Sable will battle a Braves team coming off a 77-44 non-league win over Hale (Hale, MI). The Braves record now stands at 9-3.
The Owls (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Alcona (Lincoln, MI). The Tigers enter the North Star contest with a 8-5 record. In their last contest, Alcona was nudged by Ogemaw Heights (West Branch, MI), 79-52, in a non-league contest.
