Illinois High School Basketball - Cairo ripped by Lovejoy

The Lovejoy Wildcats basketball team scored 89 points and held the visiting Cairo Pilots to 36 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now sport a 17-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cairo for a non-league contest on Friday, February 17.
The Pilots (2-25) will now prepare for their contest against Crab Orchard (Marion, IL). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 25-3 record. In their last contest, Crab Orchard triumphed over Norris City-Omaha-Enfield (Norris City, IL), 85-73, in a non-league contest.
