In Saturday's league outing, the Evangel Christian Academy/Oak Grove Classical Academy Eagle (Albuquerque, NM) basketball squad edged the host Jemez Valley Warriors (Jemez Pueblo, NM), by a count of 65-59.

The Eagle (16-7) will now prepare for their outing against Santa Fe Waldorf (Santa Fe, NM). The Wolves go into the A District 7 outing with a 9-10 record.

The Warriors now hold a 12-12 record. They play next when they travel to Legacy Academy for a A District 7 outing on Tuesday, February 14. Jemez Valley will clash with a Silverbacks squad coming off a 56-39 non-league win over Cuba (Cuba, NM). The Silverbacks record now stands at 18-4.
