The Mt. Abraham Eagles (Bristol, VT) basketball nipped the visiting Milton Yellowjackets (Milton, VT), 49-44 in Saturday's league test.
The Eagles (7-11) will now prepare for their test against Missisquoi Valley (Swanton, VT). The Thunderbirds go into the Lake test with a 5-12 record. In their last test, Missisquoi Valley got by Enosburg Falls (Enosburg Falls, VT), 46-41, in a league test.
The Yellowjackets now own a 4-13 record. They play next when they host Missisquoi Valley for a Lake test on Tuesday, February 21.
