Wyoming High School Basketball - Southeast tops Niobrara County

February 11, 2023: Lusk, WY 82225

Southeast Cyclones (Yoder, WY) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Niobrara County Tigers (Lusk, WY), 58-44 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Southeast upgrades its record to 12-6 on the campaign. The Cyclones host Lingle-Fort Laramie (Lingle, WY) to play the Doggers in a non-league bout on Monday, February 13. The Doggers come into the bout with a record of 13-6. Lingle-Fort Laramie won 68-25 in their recent non-league bout against Guernsey-Sunrise (Guernsey, WY)

Next up, the Tigers play the Pine Bluffs Hornets (Pine Bluffs, WY) in a 2A Southeast bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Niobrara County will attempt to upgrade on its 5-13 season record. The Hornets come into the bout with a 18-2 record after their 66-36 league win over Burns (Burns, WY).
