Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the South Ripley Raiders (Versailles, IN) and the visiting Seymour Owls (Seymour, IN), saw South Ripley's basketball squad knock off Seymour by a count of 51-43.

With the victory, South Ripley upgrades its record to 10-10 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Rising Sun (Rising Sun, IN) to play the Shiners in a Ohio River Valley challenge on Friday, February 17. The Shiners come into the challenge with a record of 9-12. Rising Sun lost 59-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Lawrenceburg (Lawrenceburg, IN)

Next up, the Owls play the Greensburg Pirates (Greensburg, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Seymour will attempt to upgrade on its 7-12 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 15-4 record after their 54-31 non-league win over Madison (Madison, IN).
