The Hayfield Vikings topped the visiting Lanesboro Burros basketball team by a final score of 59-44 in Saturday's league game.
In their next game, the Vikings face the Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton Bulldogs (Janesville, MN) in a non-league game, on Monday, February 13. Hayfield will attempt to move on its 20-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 8-13 record after their 84-72 non-league loss to Randolph (Randolph, MN).
With the defeat, Lanesboro moves to 16-6 on the year. The Burros host Kingsland (Spring Valley, MN) to face the Knights in a A Section 1 game on Tuesday, February 14. The Knights enter the game with a record of 19-5.
