In Saturday's league challenge, the Amity Regional Spartans (Woodbridge, CT) ice hockey team the visiting Sheehan Titans (Wallingford, CT), by a final score of 4-2.

The Spartans now hold a 6-7 record. They play next when they travel to New Milford for a non-league battle on Wednesday, February 15. Amity Regional will play a Green Wave team coming off a 6-2 non-league win over Norwalk/McMahon (Norwalk, CT). The Green Wave record now stands at 13-3.

The Titans (6-8) will now prepare for their battle against North Haven (North Haven, CT). The Nighthawks come into the Southern Connecticut - DII battle with a 12-2 record.
