Fans at Saturday's non-league game between the Chaparral Wolverines (Parker, CO) and the host Standley Lake Gators (Westminster, CO), observed Chaparral's ice hockey squad edge Standley Lake by a final score of 5-4.
In their next game, the Wolverines battle the Chatfield Chargers (Littleton, CO) in a 5A South game, on Friday, February 17. Chaparral will attempt to upgrade on its 11-4 season record. The Chargers come into the game with a 3-13 record after their 4-1 league loss to Castle View (Castle Rock, CO).
