St. Charles Cardinals (Columbus, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Bexley Lions (Columbus, OH), 55-49 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Charles upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season.

Next up, the Lions play the KIPP Columbus Jaguars (Columbus, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Bexley will attempt to upgrade on its 16-3 season record. The Jaguars go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 56-21 non-league loss to Bishop Hartley (Columbus, OH).
