Kentucky High School Basketball - Cumberland County can't hold off Clinton County

The Clinton County Bulldogs basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Cumberland County Panthers to 54 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Sunday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 17-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Warren for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 13. Clinton County will battle a Spartans team coming off a 69-66 non-league loss to Warren East (Bowling Green, KY). The Spartans record now stands at 11-10.
The Panthers (15-11) will now prepare for their contest against Somerset Christian (Somerset, KY). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 7-17 record. In their last contest, Somerset Christian was nudged by Trinity Christian Academy (Lexington, KY), 68-40, in a non-league contest.
