Fans at Sunday's non-league challenge between the Highland Regional Tartans (Blackwood, NJ) and the visiting Holy Cross Lancers (Delran, NJ), saw Highland Regional's basketball squad overcome Holy Cross by a tally of 38-30.
With the victory, Highland Regional improves its record to 14-9 on the season.
The Lancers now own a 11-12 record. They play next when they host Camden Catholic for a non-league test on Monday, February 12. Holy Cross will encounter a Fighting Irish squad coming off a 36-26 non-league loss to Sterling (Somerdale, NJ). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 6-16.
