The Brethren Bobcats basketball team scored 51 points and limited the visiting Buckley Bears to 38 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bobcats now possess a 6-12 record. They play next when they host Glen Lake for a Northwest game on Thursday, February 13. Brethren will confront a Lakers team coming off a 65-44 league win over Benzie Central (Benzonia, MI). The Lakers record now stands at 16-1.
With the loss, Buckley falls to 8-11 on the campaign. The Bears host Suttons Bay (Suttons Bay, MI) to confront the Norsemen in a Northwest game on Friday, February 14. The Norsemen go into the game with a record of 8-11. Suttons Bay lost 41-29 in their recent league game against Onekama (Onekama, MI)
