In Tuesday's league test, the South Shore Cardinals (Port Wing, WI) basketball squad trounced the visiting Butternut Midgets (Butternut, WI), by a score of 62-13.
Next, the Cardinals encounter the Bruce Red Raiders (Bruce, WI) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, February 18. South Shore will attempt to improve on its 5-16 season record.
The Midgets (0-15) will now prepare for their test against Washburn (Washburn, WI). The Castle Guards come into the Northern Lights test with a 9-10 record. In their last test, Washburn was routed by Bayfield (Bayfield, WI), 80-62, in a league test.
