The West Philadelphia Speedboys basketball team scored 74 points and limited the visiting Carver High School of Engineering & Science to 71 in the Speedboys league triumph on Tuesday.
The Speedboys now possess a 13-8 record. They play next when they travel to Imhotep Charter for a Philadelphia Public - Independence game on Thursday, February 13. West Philadelphia will play a Panthers team coming off a 96-42 non-league win over Hill Freedman World Academy (Philadelphia, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 19-5.
With the loss, Carver High School of Engineering & Science falls to 16-9 on the campaign.
