Arkansas High School Basketball - Centerpoint overwhelms Genoa Central

The Centerpoint Knights basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Genoa Central Dragons to 31 in the Knights league triumph on Tuesday.
The Knights now possess a 5-9 record. They play next when they travel to Bismarck for a 3A Region 7 game on Friday, February 14. Centerpoint will confront a Lions team coming off a 55-49 league win over Prescott (Prescott, AR). The Lions record now stands at 5-11.
With the loss, Genoa Central falls to 11-7 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Harmony Grove (Camden, AR) to confront the Hornets in a 3A Region 7 game on Friday, February 14. The Hornets go into the game with a record of 1-11.
