The Grand Valley Mustangs basketball team scored 71 points and limited the visiting Conneaut Spartans to 50 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now possess a 19-2 record. They play next when they host Jefferson Area for a non-league game on Friday, February 14. Grand Valley will confront a Falcons team coming off a 59-54 non-league win over West Geauga (Chesterland, OH). The Falcons record now stands at 16-3.

With the loss, Conneaut falls to 1-17 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to St. John (Ashtabula, OH) to confront the Fighting Herald in a non-league game on Thursday, February 13. The Fighting Herald go into the game with a record of 11-8. St. John won 90-59 in their recent league game against Lordstown (Warren, OH)
